The purchase of our "forever home" was inspired by a trip I took to Martha’s Vineyard with my Dad. We stayed walking distance to the Gingerbread Houses, and being from South Florida that was really the first time I had ever seen such charming and ornately detailed architecture - and I absolutely fell in love with it.

I was determined to find a house that had that much character where we lived. After a year of "Operation Gingerbread" (AKA me stalking the only neighborhood in our area that's comprised of victorian-style homes modeled after the northeast), I finally found the perfect one for our family.
